Agreement to Terms

By booking services with Vintage Cocktail, LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before booking our mobile bartending services.

Services

Vintage Cocktail, LLC provides mobile bartending services including but not limited to tap truck services, mobile bar setups, satellite bars, and professional bartending for events in New Hampshire, Maine, and Massachusetts.

Booking and Payment

• A deposit is required to secure your event date
• Final payment is due prior to the event as outlined in your contract
• Cancellation policies will be outlined in your individual contract

Alcohol Service

Vintage Cocktail, LLC is licensed by the New Hampshire State Liquor Commission to sell and serve alcohol. We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual who appears intoxicated or underage. Valid ID is required for all guests.

Liability

Vintage Cocktail, LLC maintains appropriate insurance coverage for our services. However, the host/client is responsible for the conduct of their guests. Any damages to our equipment caused by guests will be the responsibility of the host/client.
